New membership cards

Hello all

Thanks for enrolling for the 202526 season at Ashford TTC.
This year WR sports have changed to a new card entry system so all members will receive a new card, these cards are now ready for collection from the office.

As you may know, WR Sports is a members club and as such it offers different prices at the bar for members and non-members.
Once the new cards have been issued you will need to show your card in order to get the members drinks prices.

Another feature of the new card is that you can put money on your card and use the credit to buy drinks etc.

Finally, your new card provides access to the hall, your old card will automatically expire on 30th July. Please dispose of the old card.

many thanks
